Great News! This gorgeous old family group photo is now on it’s way back to be with descendants of the family!
Sometimes when I’m researching I get a feeling that there is much more to a family than I have found, I expect others get this too, a sort of sixth sense. Oh I was right!!!!

Mildred Mary Gough was one of five daughters born to James and Theodosia, who married 11 May 1847 at St Andrews Church, Hornchurch, Essex.
It’s always a thrill when I find new old photos to add to my collection!
It’s amazing how the story of this family who moved to Australia can be told mainly through the Newspaper Archives.
